This Community Call To Action was prepared by the co-chairs of the DC Reentry Task Force in collaboration with ReThink Justice and other District criminal justice advocacy groups.

This two-page document summarizes the issue, presents the main benefits of local control of the parole function, lays out a call to action for city officials, and provides links to the main reports that have been done on the issue. We are encouraging one and all to use this document to advocate for local control of parole.
